Fuller continues to provided high quality service and support for my automotive needs! I brought my car in early on a Monday because I had been hearing a loud, suspicious noise. It turned out that I needed to replace my brakes. They fit me in to their schedule that day and even provided Chris Fuller to give me a ride to work. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I brought my 1976 Beetle in last week. It needs a lot of work. Not their usual thing Dave the Manager explained up front. I had since found someone in my neighborhood who has a bug and works on bugs. I called Dave and explained. I was worried there might be an issue since I brought the car in last week and we had a long discussion about what we needed to do. Dave was very professional and friendly and I asked if I could just get an oil change. I picked my car up yesterday and paid for the oil change and happily went on my way.

I went to Fuller to replace a flat on my car. I was fully expecting to have to wait there all day or take an Uber home but they kindly offered to drop me off at my house and pick me up when the job was done. Moreover, they never attempted to scare me into buying more or getting more done than what I had come in for. It's the first place I have ever gone for repairs where they didn't assume my lack of manhood would make me a good target for fear tactics typically used to upsell. If anything, they told me that there were things I could actually wait to do. Incredibly surprised at how good their customer service is in a time when customer service seems to be lacking everywhere else.
