I recently needed to purchase a car due to my 2003 car with 250,000 miles going belly up. I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal from Fuller Auto Sales within a few days and I could not be happier. My sales person was Tonia and she was so helpful. I started the process late Monday and by Wednesday I was driving away in my car. I am so grateful that they made it so easy for me, I did not look forward to having to buy a new car when my car of 10 years kicked the bucket. Thank you Tonia and also Mark for your help also.

I had an unexpected issue with my car on the way to work last week. Even though I did not have an appointment Al was kind enough to run a scan on my car to find out what the problem was. I was given a ride to work and my car was diagnosed and fixed within the same day, and it even came in under the quoted estimate. My husband and I have been going to Fuller for several years now just for oil changes and other auto maintenance, this is our first major repair. I/we are very happy with the service I received. We highly recommend Fuller Automotive.

My daughter had gotten into an accident .. she had put off getting this problem resolved for months .. finally went to fullers .. they where amazing calling all insurances involved .. taking care of every step along the way .. we received phone calls and emails just about every 24 hours on the progress of the car .. was even able to help us with a rental in the mean time .. added touch when we went to pick up car it was in the shop so it would be warm for us to drive home .. it's the little things

Went to Fuller's for an inspection sticker after registering my car. They not only gave me a sticker but put the new plates on and filled my low tires for me!

I needed to know what the warning lights on my dashboard meant and whether or not this needed to go to the Toyota dealer or if Fuller could handle the problem with my 2006 Prius. The problem was with the hybrid battery and they recommended that I take it to the dealer. They wrote out all the necessary info for the dealer and didn't charge for their time. (It turns out that my hybrid battery has exceeded it's life expectancy and needs to be replaced.) I appreciate that they were so prompt to help figure out the problem and don't try to do what they don't have the proper equipment for.
