Thank-you so much for taking care of my car so quickly! I appreciate that you took my car in and fixed it that day. If you are looking for constructive advice, perhaps it could be in the communication- I filled out an online request form on Sunday (knowing you were closed) and then dropped it off that night. It may have been helpful to send an email or call saying you could/could not get to the car that day when you sorted appointments out Monday morning. I did call Monday afternoon and was helped immediately and told that my car would be looked at soon, then called when diagnosed, then called when done. So that part of the communication was great. It may help to call or email to give a time table of when the car would be seen- with the online appointment not confirmed, I was unsure if my car would be looked at that day. Overall, great communication and great service! I appreciate that we will always be taken care of at Fuller's! Thank-you!

Been going to Fullers since I started to drive in 1973..always top notch service. Only recommend what is really need and do repais at reasonable costs....keep up the great work!

Great job. They assessed my breaks on the spot while tires were being replaced. Needed rear breaks, all done at the same time in one visit. Always pleased w the service!

I actually brought a friend 2009 Land Rover to Fullers to replace a faulty wheel bearing. Everyone from the receptionist to Dave, the service manager, was extremely professional and friendly. I was informed of additional work that may need to be performed, in relation to the wheel bearing, . Which I okayed, and was pleasantly surprised that it was not needed and I was not charged. The work was completed very quickly, even before the car was needed. I would highly recommend Fuller's, thank you Dave

Fantastic experience! Very professional. They went out of there way to make sure that I was happy at every step. The pricing, communication, flexibility and repairs were all above and beyond. I could hardly believe that the entire process was as easy as it was. This is the place to go! I will be bringing my car here for all future repairs and maintenance.
