I have to tell you., having had my brakes and routers replaced nearly a year ago was a positive experience at Fullers. When I was experiencing some brake dust and a heated rim just the other day, I called them up and they told me what the cause may be but they had to diagnose it further in person of course. They took me right in and I was pleasantly surprised to learn the entire job (including my ride back and forth to Fullers) was covered under their 2 year warranty! Things happen, bad parts happen but customer service doesn't just happen... it's learned and practiced. I'm a sales guy too. No one can be upset when folks care and do their very best to help you in your time of need... thanks to Fullers for "getting it"... your team is tremendous!
