My experience with Fuller Automotive was excellent as usual. I don't bring my car anywhere else because I know I will get excellent advise and excellent service at Fuller Automotive. Fuller Automotive never steers me wrong.

This Fall at an event for Auburn Youth and Family Services, I won the Fuller Automotive 'Complete Tire Package, which included 4 Good Year Tires, Lifetime Alignments, $100 worth of Speedee Oil service, two AAA yearly memberships, one free car rental, total car detail, and a $50 gas card. It was a very generous donation.... the Fuller family always supports the local community. As for the service, it was exceptional. I brought the car in, and the tires ordered for my car were ready to be installed in a little over a week. The installation took about 2 hours, during which time the owners came over to speak to each of the customers in the waiting room enjoying their complimentary coffee. I would definitely recommend Fuller Automotive to anyone in the Auburn area, and will return their for future car maintenance.

We brought our car in for an oil change and State Inspection Sticker on New Year's Eve (shame on us). We were told it need front end work (oh, that's what that clunking was!). They mentioned they wouldn't be able to do the work that day as they were closing early due to the holiday. We'd have to go without the car until the 2nd. We received a call around 3:30pm on New Year's Eve and they informed us they stayed late, made the repairs, and the car was ready for pickup. Can't get that level of service anywhere else.
