The prompt and professional service exceeded my expectations. In an already stressful situation, all of my questions were clearly answered and taken care of. I would highly recommend Fuller's to my friends and family!

I got a nail in my tire while driving on I-90 from NH to CT. I was near Auburn so did a search on phone to see what was nearby. Fuller came up along with some chain competitors. The chain competitors were not sympathetic with a wait in line approach. Fuller was exceptionally pleasant from answering the phone to fitting me in right away - no wait even though they seemed full up for the day. Excellent customer service all the way around.

I got my car inspected this morning at the shop and needed to have some things replaced so it could pass. Dan (the manager) and Patrick (the tech) gave excellent customer service. As busy as they were at the shop, they got me in and out quickly doing superb quality work. And, then my car passed inspection! Totally recommend them!
