After getting stranded on the side of I-90, we called for a tow. After quick searching online for a nearby place with good reviews, we picked Fuller and are so glad we did. Our car was towed to Fuller late at night and the next morning they were super quick at taking a look at it. Unfortunately the transmission seems to be shot, but Dan was very helpful and spent a fair amount of time calling back and forth with my partner about the issue with our car. He even went as far to do a quick search online to see if similar cars and had this issue, then called the Ford dealer down the street about it, and also recommended another auto shop that could do work on our transmission if we didn't want to have it towed to the Ford dealer. Dan didn't charge us anything for the work they did, and was incredibly pleasant on the phone. We don't live in the area, but if you do or find yourself stranded nearby, this is the place to go!

I got a nail in my tire while driving on I-90 from NH to CT. I was near Auburn so did a search on phone to see what was nearby. Fuller came up along with some chain competitors. The chain competitors were not sympathetic with a wait in line approach. Fuller was exceptionally pleasant from answering the phone to fitting me in right away - no wait even though they seemed full up for the day. Excellent customer service all the way around.
