Fuller Automotive
My overall experience at Fuller was positive. Mike and everyone in the collision office were always very pleasant and helpful. The repair was set up within a reasonable amount of time and rental was ready when I arrived. We were very pleased with the quality of work completed. The only issue I had in the whole process was communication of progress on the job. I called on day 3 and was told 'it looks like the vehicle is pretty much ready for delivery' I asked if it had been sent to automotive yet to have the AC problem diagnosed and was told "we can't do that til all the body work is complete," I was then told he would look into it and have someone get back to me by the end of the day. I received no call. On day 4 I left a voicemail midday hoping for an update. At 3:00 I received a call from the tech working on the AC I authorized service and he said he would get it in and completed so could be returned to the body shop that day for delivery. I heard nothing so I called at 5:30 only to be told they needed to return the vehicle to body shop but couldn't do that til morning because they are closed. At this point I requested that he have the body shop contact me as early as possible as we had a function midday. When we stopped by at 10:30 on day 5 we were told we never heard from them because there was a problem with the initial repair and they were waiting for a part. Why couldn't this have been communicated to me on day 3 when I made the original call? I'm glad they were thorough and made sure the job was done right but feel that communication could have been better. I wasted 1 1/2 days thinking I was going to get a call that the car was ready.Again, the quality of work was excellent and the vehicle looks great!
