The service is excellent, but we have major issues with the computer system.You have mixed my vehicle up with my daugher's vehicle, and I believe another person named Beth Johnson. Also, you lost my records for my 2011 CRV in September of 2013.I have just received a request for feedback on my 9-22 service....and I was not in your business on 9-22. Then today I received a request for feedback for an April visit....saying this was my list visit.I was in Fullers in July....around the 24th I believe.So, the computer system is a concern for me....I had relied on it to ensure my car was getting the correct service----and, now, I am just so unsure about my car's maitenance and that worries me.

I haven't had any serious services done at Fuller, but the two times I have gotten my inspection sticker, they were great. This past week I went in and needed 2 front tires to pass inspection.(I knew this going in) I asked if they could match the two I got about 5 months ago at Town Faire Tire(HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE) and they said they could, but it would take an hour to get them from their warehouse. I had no problem with this. While waiting for the tires, I got an oil change and a quick lookover. They were honest, didn't try to upsell me or tell me that I needed other things done. Even on a busy day, they were kind, attentive, and VERY well organized. I'll be going there for everything from now on.

On Saturday, August 30 I called Fuller for a quote on new tires because my tires where worn out and one of my tires had gone flat overnight. Rob answered the phone and walked me through the tire options. I felt that his attention to detail and his wanting to find a solution that worked for my situation is what led me to purchase my new tires at Fuller. It was 10:30am when I called, and Rob told me that if I came over then, he could have the tires installed before they closed at noon due to labor day weekend. I drove over to Fuller and handed over my car. Fifteen minutes later while sitting in the waiting room I realized that in my haste to drive over to Auburn I had forgotten my wallet at home. At this point it was a little after 11:15, so I found Rob and told him of my situation. He informed me that they had not started installing the tires yet and I could go home and get my wallet. He told me not to rush because they will stay open and install my tires even if it takes them beyond the noon closing time. My tire installation was done around 1:30. Rob and the team stayed beyond the noon closing on labor day weekend! I am very appreciative and thankful for their customer service.
