Honest, professional, customer driven would not take my vehicles any where else. In todays world doing business at Fullers is a pleasure.

I had a tire pressure issue that was quickly resolved with Patrick (Pat) when I approached him about it. He took a look at it after checking in with Rob for scheduling and was taken in right away. It wasn't very busy when I arrived, but soon after I sat in the waiting room the place filled up quickly. Thankfully I arrived when I did! It turned out to be a small nail in my tire that was plugged (free with your tire package purchase deal, yeah!). Pat was observant enough too to notice that my inspection sticker was due this month so that was taken care of at the same time! Thanks once again for the wonderful Fuller's team and the great service!

Everything takes over 24hours and not cause Fullers is working on the vehicle. The cost of labor isn't the issue,it's the fake hours your being charged as your vehicle just sits there..for example we had a jeep go in for rear lower control arm. Thats 2-3hours of labor for that job. They had the vehicle at 7am on Tuesday and we got it back at 4pm on Wednesday.. just do your homework on Google before dropping your vehicle off with Fullers so you have an idea of actual time of labor and cost of parts and labor prior, from a quality mechanic..we'll never go back..and we'll tell this story forever to whomever asks for a reference for Fullers..
