Wow! I just wanted to pass along the great experience I had today! I have been a loyal customer for years and today is one of the reasons why. Driving into work, I got a notification that one of my tires has low pressure. Not thinking much of it I was passing by Fullers and decided to stop in there to see if someone can kindly put some air into it. Come to find out my tire had a screw in it and of course it’s an odd sized tire that needs to be replaced. Devon was so kind and took my car in to change the tire and put my spare on so I could get to work while Rob researched the tire purchase. Rob called me shortly after to give me some options which included going out of his way to call local dealerships that carried that tire in stock! It all worked out in the same day, but I can’t thank them enough as they didn’t need to go out of their way for me. I think employees like this are hard to come by and Fullers has consistently had employees who have gone out of their way for customers like me! Thank you Devon and Rob!

I've been living in Auburn for over 30 years and am very familiar with the Fuller name. For some unknown reason, I never had any work done there. I went in today and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. It was a great experience and they earned a new customer. Thank You!

I travel 20 minutes to get here even though there are a dozen places near me within 5. I am always so happy with the service. I purchased a tire package and it was the best decision I ever made.

Had 4 new tires put on at a good price. The night before I was bringing it in my rear door hatch pistons gave way. They kept it an extra day and by 11:00 the next morning everything was done and in excellent shape. Thank you for everything

Had purchased 4 General tires with the Tire protection package. One tire got a flat after a month or so. It was super easy to obtain a replacement tire in a very timely fashion. Thank you Fuller Automotive!

Father Approved! I’ve brought my car here for both minor repairs and major bodywork. Always outstanding service and feel that they are honest with me about what’s wrong. Recently my car had some issues with the brakes and air conditioning. After examining the car, I was called and the proposed repairs were discussed. Very easy conversation and not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. The team made repairs to fix the issues, as expected, but what really makes Fuller’s stand apart from the crowd is their thorough documentation of the steps they took repairing my car. They provided me with a comprehensive print out of each issue and the steps taken to rectify each one. I showed my father this and he was very impressed and pleased with the thoroughness of their service. No matter how old I get or where I may be, my father’s approval is the ultimate high praise!
