Once again Fuller Automotive has exceeded my expectations. Dropped car off the day before, ant it was done early next morning,

I really like it here, they do whats best you you and your car. They explain everything they do and why. I dont know much about cars but they always explain it in a way that I can understand and I really appreciate that. I also had my daughter with me and the staff was really kind to her and gave her some prizes which she was more then happy to receive.

Every time I bring in any of my vehicles for service, they are done in a timely manner and there is great communication between the shop and myself either by text or in person. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

I have been a customer of Fuller Automotive since 2021. In that time, they have always been fair, honest, and transparent with their service. They give detailed reports of repair processes, outline what was done, and communicate effectively throughout the process. I never once have felt that a bill was unfair or egregious. I will be a customer for many more years.

Fuller Automotive did a very good job on our 2011 Altima. It was well past time for a brake job. New rotors and pads in front. New rotors, pads, and calipers in back. They finished the job by mid afternoon, giving us lots of time to pick it up before they closed. Tested the brakes on the way home and they feel great. My daughter actually owns the car now, but it will always be my baby.

Just ditched the dealership in favor of Fuller's. Overhearing I was a first time customer, Chris came over and sat in the waiting room shooting the breeze with me and listening to the reasons I left dealership service and explained how Fuller's is different. The whole team there is polite, courteous and professional from start to finish. We will be moving the entire family fleet over to Fuller's going forward.
