I'm a new customer. I've only been there three times (we have 2 cars) and each time I was very impressed by the way the service desk listened and documented the problems I was there for. They do full state inspections, oil changes with no appointment necessary. They are very efficient. I had to get a slow-leaking tire repair and tire rotation and a state inspection: I waited for the car there in the waiting area (which is clean, warm with amenities like wifi, coffee, TV) and listened to the service managers take great care in helping folks take care of their vehicles. I overheard them actively try and save their customers money by prioritizing parts, repairs and replacements as they wrote up work orders. The work areas are visible and appear clean, well-organized, and mechanics in quasi-uniforms, logo-bearings shirts, jackets and hats. This seems like it would be a great way to care for the workers as "the swag" is practical and creates a cohesive, unified 'look'. I will be going back for tires soon!
