Fuller's is amazing, even during these crazy times they got my car in, quoted, fixed, and returned in a short time. They gave me plenty of options for the repairs I needed and were very kind and informative. They also made sure to minimize human interaction which is important during this time. After an inside the that was the result of bad work done by a different shop, Fuller's was not only able to fix the damage but also documented everything that had been done wrong to my vehicle so that I can pursue other shop for damages. They were incredibly nice and open about everything that they did and how much it would cost. No surprises on the bill. Will definitely be coming back here for all of my auto needs in the future.

i recently had to have two tires replaced on my car. One tire was not able to be repaired and the other was wrecked by a pothole. Although they were partially closed due to the coronavirus Chris Fuller told me to come on in and he replaced both of the tires very quickly. I am so grateful Chris. I've been a customer at Fullers for a long time; my uncle worked here for over 20 years! I own a used 2015 Ford Escape, and I had been noticing that the front driver's side tire was making a strange noise while on the highway. I called, spoke to Rob in the tire center, and he set me up with an appointment right away. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and was available to answer all my questions. The best part was the results: when I got my vehicle back, it drove like it was brand new! They had found a minor issue with the body that I wasn't even aware of, on top of the alignment and balance issues, and had called me to discuss everything. Now, my 5 year old car feels like it just rolled off the lot, and I couldn't be more satisfied with both the physical work and the customer service done. Obviously, I will continue to be a long-term customer with Fullers, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Fuller's always provides the best customer service. I needed my tire replaced and they were able to get the tire ordered and finished within one day. They called to check in with me before ordering the tire to fill me in on what needed to be done. I always appreciate their communication and how timely they are!
