It was a horrible experience all around. I Brought my car in for inspection and was told it needed 4 new tires. No big deal I had the tires put on. After the tires were on I was called to make payment over the phone and at that time was told my tire pressure light was on when the vehicle was dropped off which it was not. Jordan said they tried to get the light off for over an hour and couldn’t. I had a trusted mechanic look at it elsewhere he said 3 sensors were damaged. I Brought it back to fuller and was told 4 of the sensors batteries were dead. I’m no mechanic but my mechanic said that doesn’t happen. In his 30 years he’s never seen it. And it’s also too coincidental that it happened just as they were changing my tires. I understand mistakes happen but they should take responsibility and correct the problem. I have filed claims with the BBB and fuller has twisted the story and continues to dispute that there was any wrong doing on their part.
