I was heading up to Boston on I90 when my transmission started to quit. I pulled off to a rest area and looked at Yelp for anywhere nearby with decent reviews. I limped into Fuller's parking lot at about closing time on Friday evening and Jordan, I believe a service manager, was just awesome. My car wasn't going to be fully diagnosed until Monday, but he ran an engine code scan, set me up with a rental car from next door (they give Fuller customers a discount) and got me on my way (to an event in Boston that evening). Jordan followed up with me early Monday morning to give me the news and clearly explained all the options. Over the next few days, we worked out a plan and he was extremely accommodating (I live in the NYC area, so getting to Auburn (without a vehicle) was a nearly ridiculous prospect) with the timing of picking up the vehicle. Long story longer, Jordan and the Fuller team were very honest, straight-forward, fair and accommodating and I highly recommend them for anyone in the area.
