Excellent as usual. I brought my car in to have the AC checked out. Fullers determined my car was still under warranty so brought to the dealer who serviced it under warranty. Total cost to me ZERO. Fullers provided me a ride home when I dropped off the car, kept me going informed of the process, picked me up when my car was done, and explain everything that was done. That is service.

Your service staff has never disappointed me. Always recommend a new filter when necessary but not pushy. Always leave my car clean and my window washer fluid topped off. What more can I ask for. Sending information about my car service to my salesmens email not appreciated though. Our company name is Mass. Truck Refrigeration Service, Inc. I suppose you got Masstrucking as part of our company email I don't know. This is the reason I pay direct by credit card so only the accounting office knows what I do. Please remove the Yukon from my salesmens email notifications. Thank you. P.S. Your young mechanics that take the sign in for service are very polite and courteous. Everyone at Fuller was so wonderful. Very nice and professional. They helped me out in a jam when my back window broke free from teh brackets. I drove in on a whim and they helped me out right on the spot. 2 weeks later i scheduled my first big car repair with them. they cam in under budget and had the job done under the estimated time. From the front end staff to they mechanics, they were all wonderful. They emailed me throught the day to go over any issues prior to continuing the work. I live an hour away from were i work so it is very important for me to have a trusted mechanic at work and at home. Going forward Fuller Automotive will be my "at work" mechanic. Brought my vehicle in to get a noise checked. They discovered a broken sway bar on the right rear side. Dave ordered the parts on Monday afternoon and I scheduled an appointment for 8am Tuesday. I told Dave I had to be at work for 9:45am Tuesday and he said he would get my vehicle right in first thing Tuesday morning and it would be ready in an hour. My vehicles repair was completed within an hour and I had plenty of time to get to work on time. Fullers IS the place to go. I highly recommend Every aspect of service that they offer. Their operation is top notch and the staff is awesome!!
