I do a lot of the maintenance on my own cars, but recently we needed several things taken care of beyond the scope of this "home mechanic." The folks at Fuller's did a great job of diagnosing and repairing all of the issues we were having with our Chrysler T&C. We've brought many different makes and models of vehicles to Fuller's over the years and have always been treated fairly and the cars have been repaired correctly. They often do those little extras that keep us thinking of them, not just as good mechanics, but as our friends.

I was so impressed with the people at Fuller Automotive. Not only were they prompt, courteous, professional, and fair, they also offered to drive me home while my car was being worked on and drove it to my house for me when it was done! They are simply the real deal.

I purchased 2 new tires replacing tires previously purchased at Fullers and asked for a quote from Mr. Chris Fuller for a price and was given an estimate agreeable to me and Chris. I asked for the Fuller package and he said the previous tires purchased there had a Fuller Package coverage and it would be covering the new tires I am purchasing today so they are also covered with the Fuller package benefits if needed in the future. Also an alingment was to be performed after installation w/o charge. I was denied an alingment because it was not written to include one. I had the tires installed at an hour before closing and when the car was completed I was told to bring the car back the next morning for the alingment because they were in the process of closing for the day, which was when I was told it would not include an alingment and would have to pay an additional $89.00 for it.
