I recently moved to Massachusetts so I had to get my car inspected. After looking around for hours at online reviews, Fuller’s appeared one of the most reliable and least shady in the area. When I arrived I was told it would be about 40 minutes as they were somewhat busy at the time. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. My car was inspected within twenty minutes and the staff member who had done the inspection went over a few things to keep an eye on but nothing that would fail inspection. He was very friendly, personable, and helpful! I will return to Fuller’s and from my experience I would recommend this business.

I was a new customer to this location and will definitely be returning. They were able to schedule an appointment sooner than I expected which I was nervous about but that quickly faded once I got there. The staff was pleasant, thorough, and accommodating. I did not have transportation back to pick up my car so they let me hang out in the reception area while my car was worked on. From start to finish, it took 3 1/2 hours. I was home before noon. Thank you Fullers for making this experience a pleasant one.

Two rear brake linings burst so I had the car towed to your shop. First thing Monday morning it was evaluated and repaired. They work fine now. Excellent service.
