Moved to Auburn one year ago and in that time we've had all four of our families cars serviced at Fuller's with outstanding results. We've had everything from minor body work, oil changes, inspection stickers, brakes, electrical work and tires replaced and in each instance couldn't be happier with the results, A lot of companies promise good service but you guys deliver it. One thing that truly sets you apart is the open line of communication. After setting up an appointment there's a reminder ahead of coming in, once in get a call from the service tech outlining exactly what they've found and what it might cost before proceeding. OUTSTANDING customer service recently for oil change, tire rotation and inspection sticker. From the attendant who greeted me at the SpeeDee bay to the service manager who explained the work to the receptionist, EVERYONE was extremely cordial, pleasant, respectful and helpful. My truck went from the service bay to the tire bay to the inspection bay quickly and efficiently. The receptionist/cashier was very pleasant and handled my multiple coupons, tokens, gift cards and courtesy card with ease and with a smile. Getting an oil change and inspection sticker is not supposed to make for a remarkable day, but on this day they did. Great work Fuller's, THANK YOU!
