Fuller Automotive
My wife and I were driving home after trick-or-Treating with our grand kids and heard a strange noise coming out from under the front end of my Tacoma. When I checked under the truck I found the bottom of the engine covered with fluid. The next morning, I pulled the dip stick and saw that there was no oil on it. Called AAA and had my truck hauled to the shop of my mechanic for the last 15 years. As we pulled into his yard we noticed that there was no activity. Checking the door, I found he had gone out of business. I asked the tow truck driver if he had any recommendations and he recommended Fuller's. I had grown up in Auburn and was familiar with the name, we dropped the truck off and I waited for them to open. I wasn't sure of the cause or extent of the damage, but feared the worst. The Service Desk Manager told me that they would clean it up, take a look at it and let me know what they found. They offered and I gratefully accepted a ride back to my house. Dave called me around 2:00 pm and said that the front crankshaft seal had failed. He recommended that the seal be replaced, the oil topped off and the truck run to check for further leaks. I asked him for an estimate for the cost of the work and when they thought they could have it completed by. I felt the estimate was fair and was pleasantly surprised to hear that was a chance the work could be completed by the end of the day! After this was done, (and finding no leaks!!) they also did an oil change and inspection. I picked up my truck at 6:00 pm. I am very impressed with the way they treated me as a first time customer. They followed up and delivered exactly as promised. I am very satisfied with the quality and speed with which they fixed my truck. I strongly recommend them. Thanks to the Fuller team!
