Just brought my Nissan truck in for inspection and an oil change. All the employees are knowledgeable and personable. While waiting I was able to see the manager Jose Rodriguez interact with every customer. He thank them for coming in and shook their hand. That little effort keeps us coming back I’ve never felt obligated to buy anything. If I needed something they told me about it but never was pressured.
